Delete your Eonquest account
Eonquest has not launched yet — expected around early November 2026. This document is published ahead of the launch and takes effect when the app becomes available.
You can delete your Eonquest account and its personal data at any time. The fastest way is in the app; if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, use the request form below.
Option 1 — in the app (recommended)
Open Eonquest and go to Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2 — request deletion here
Use this if you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your login. We will verify that you control the email address on the account before deleting anything.
You can also email eonquest@sgsoftware.pl from the address on the account.
What gets deleted
Deletion permanently removes, and cannot be undone:
- your account and profile (email, display name, time zone, sign-in details);
- your quest history, claims, completions and 1–5 ratings;
- your streaks, totals and badges;
- your category selections and any custom categories tied to your account;
- your push notification token and all session tokens.
In-app deletion is immediate. A request submitted here or by email is completed normally within 30 days, and the data is also removed from backups within about 35 days.
What may be retained
We keep a minimal record of subscription and purchase events for up to 24 months, where we are required to for financial reconciliation, tax and dispute handling. Aggregated or anonymised statistics that no longer identify you may also be retained. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your Eonquest account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings, otherwise the store will keep billing you.
